**About the role**
- CRM and Social Media Intern to help campaign set-up and content ideation for brokerage, mortgage and rekan agen_
**What You Will Do**
- _ Work with multiple departments and external partners to create and execute new content in social media and CRM account_
- _ Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness thru social media_
- _ Monitor posting to ensure key messages is constant from the terminology used to image posted_
- _ Maintain engagement rate at industry's best practice for social media and CRM with the aim of get new leads from organic channel_
- _ Tracking, reporting and monitoring campaign progress_
**What You Will Need**
- _ A strong sense of ownership, can-do attitude, positive outlook._
- _ Knowledge of analytic and able to interpret data and insight to track audience engagement_
- _ Adaptable and resourceful self-starter who can dive into a project without constant direction/oversight and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively._
- _ Proactive and has the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers and adaptable to a fast-paced environment._
- _ Sound understanding of marketing principles and new marketing technologies to chase growth and demand generation._
- _ Hands on experience in content creation, UGC, and influencer strategy._
- _ Creative, Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills with a keen eye for detail._
**About the team**
CRM and Social media team responsible for creating and communicating with consumers through organic channels. Our team manages to get engagement from users that drive in new leads or new orders for PHS.
On a daily basis we think about what we want to talk to the consumer with the right message, right time and right platform.
We give the team independence to create content, making plan as long as its under company guide with effective cost.
