**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

2. Create engaging and compelling social media content, including text, image, and video-based content, that aligns with the company's brand voice and objectives.

3. Plan and manage social media campaigns, including content pillar/brief, calendars, scheduling, and monitoring.

4. Monitor social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry developments.

5. Implement organic marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, increase engagement, and generate leads.

6. Conduct regular social media audits to analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

7. Assist and handle Paid Social Media Marketing tools such as Instagram & Facebook Ads Manager/Meta Ads & Boost Post.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce/sales, product, and creative to ensure brand consistency and unified messaging across all social media channels.

**Qualifications**:
1. Earning a certificate in trusted Digital Marketing/Social Media Bootcamp is preferred.

2. Fresh graduate or last semester student with a Bachelor's/Vocational Degree in any major.

3. Social Media Enthusiast with in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms.

4. Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing & creative media.

5. Strong writing and communication skills to create content and adapt the brand's voice to a variety of different social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook etc.

6. Super creative and initiative with the representative on each social media platform.

7. Eager to learn in the digital marketing Industry.

8. Great interpersonal & self development skills.
