Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in communications, marketing, or related field
- Experience and knowledge in social media management is a plus
- Good planning, copywriting, editing (photo/video/text) skills
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and confident in front of the camera
- Creative thinking and good taste in the content produced
- Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Positive attitude, detail oriented, with good multitasking and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication, and a keen sense of social and humanitarian issues.
- Have a high sense of social awareness
- Previous knowledge or experience related to social issues is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build public interest in social issues.
- Energetic and comfortable interacting with various people
Job Description:
- Plan, create and publish new content (including original text, images, videos)
- daily that builds meaningful customer relationships, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand
- Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
- Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote the company's brand across various social media platforms
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
- Conduct social media marketing research
- Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
- Assist with creating and editing short-form videos
- Develop new strategies to increase engagement
- Assist with photo/video content shoots
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent
- Live reporting on social activities and interacting with volunteer
