Social Media Management Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Calendar Management**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars for all social media platforms.
- Create content and liaise with designers and marketers to ensure the timely delivery of content assets.
- Schedule posts according to the content calendar, considering peak engagement times and audience demographics.

2. **Scheduling Optimization**:

- Analyze social media analytics and insights to identify optimal posting times and frequency.
- Implement scheduling strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Experiment with different posting schedules and content types to optimize performance.

3. **Cross-Platform Coordination**:

- Coordinate content scheduling across multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Adapt content schedules based on platform-specific trends and audience behaviors.

4. **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, and communications to align social media scheduling with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure content deadlines and requirements.
- Liaise with external partners or agencies involved in social media content creation and scheduling.

5. **Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely responses and engagement.
- Track key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and post-performance.
- Generate regular reports on social media scheduling effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Rp2,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- social media management: 3 years (required)
