Summary of Responsibilities: Create and manage various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and prioritize tasks effectively Create engaging content, write compelling copy, and produce visually appealing posts Create social media advertising, paid promotions, and campaign management Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to optimize social media efforts Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring Monitor and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies into broader marketing campaigns. Minimum 2 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry Experience managing social media platforms for business purposesUnderstanding of social media best practices, trends, and algorithm changes Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content Excellent organizational and time management skills Eloquent in English communication in both written and spokenBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
