What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly motivated account manager to join our rapidly growing media business. We have one of the highest penetration of parents in our community which is why some of the biggest industry names continue to partner with us on our market-leading solutions in the areas of data, content, commerce, and community to name a few.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Strategy:
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on social media trends.
- Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Develop engaging and informative content for each platform, aligned with theAsianparent's brand voice and target audience.
- Understand the unique content formats and algorithms of each platform (InstagramReels, TikTok trends, Facebook, YouTube).
- Work with internal teams (design, video production) to create high-quality content.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Partnerships:
- Identify and secure partnerships with relevant brands and influencers to expand reach and engagement.
- Community Management & Analytics:
Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, fostering apositive brand image and community. Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools (e.g., InstagramInsights, TikTok Analytics, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics).
- Generate regular reports and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Manage and optimize social media budgets (if applicable).
- Event Management
- Manage social media aspects of theAsianparent events, including pre-event promotion, live coverage, and post-event engagement.
- TikTok Shop Activation Develop strategies to leverage TikTok Shop for product promotion and sales. Requirements:
- A must: Willingness to quickly learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced & high demanding environment with minimum supervision
- Bachelor's degree from any major. Marketing Management, Communications, or related fields preferred
- Maximum 3 years experience as Social Media Manager. Experienced in social media or marketing/branding fields preferred
- Experienced in content campaign production preferred
- Critical thinking skill with basic understanding of social media and KPIs. Able to analyse current social media trends and how to link it for the brand adjective. Comfortable with basic Excel formulas preferred
- In-depth knowledge and experience with major Social Media Platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok. Familiarity with TikTok is necessary.
- Strong writing and simple video editing skills are crucial for crafting creative social media content, including posts, captions, and advertisements
- Basic copywriting (in English and Bahasa Indonesia), with a keen eye for detail
