We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop, launch and manage campaigns your organization and brand, also undertake audience research. This role also should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business.
Job Description:
- Develop social media strategy for the brand/product/services that effectively supports business and marketing objectives.
- Develop social media principle guideline (tone and manner, color, etc).
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Coordinating social media campaign execution with different relevant stakeholders which include but not limited to content creation, influencer engagement, community engagement, workflow, reporting and analytics.
- Define, monitor and organize key metrics, KPI and goals (quantitative and qualitative) for Social Media performance evaluation and implement continuous improvement to Social Media activity.
- Work closely with product team to ensure new product development will always come into consideration for Community and Social marketing activity.
- Follow the latest trend in content, communities, social media, and product related landscape to identify content, channels and engagement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Min. 4 years of experience in handling social media (both from agency side or company side)
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design (nice to have)
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
