**Social Media Manager (Indonesia)**

As the Social Media Manager (Indonesia), you will help build and execute the social media strategy, initiatives and projects for the world's largest technology company. Working with the Regional Program Manager, you will support all things social — from always-on content and social-led campaigns to influencer activations and digital event amplification — by leading the day-to-day operations as well as content development and community management for the Southeast Asia channels (Singapore, Indonesia).
As a social media marketer, a project manager and a community manager working with multiple markets, you will wear many hats; thus, the ability to pivot quickly and effectively is critical to this role. You will also fully manage, monitor and grow our social presence, and must be comfortable to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, field teams, events and partnerships to utilize social media strategically.
Role:
- Manage the day-to-day workflow (including content creation, monitoring and reporting) aiming to drive growth and engagement for the Southeast Asia markets
- Lead localized social media content development, including editorial calendar, copywriting, basic design (following predefined template) and publishing
- Work bilingually to manage local social channels with a global mindset. Be able to translate all messaging between English and Bahasa Indonesia while understanding best practices for local audiences.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to source assets, including images, videos, copy and design
- Be the filter for the Indonesian market, ensuring regional programs are optimized for the local market
- Build and manage strong relationships with influencers in Indonesia throughout various verticals to increase authentic advocacy and brand love
- Own, understand and report on social health and successes. Analyse quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify trends and insights
You:
- Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in tech, marketing or related industry
- Expertise in social media management for all channels
- Ability to communicate fluently and effectively - in written and verbal forms - in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- A strategic and creative thinker who is able to navigate around an always-on social landscape
- Solid project management experience
- Proficient understanding of social media analytics
- Experience with a social media publishing tool like Sprinklr
- Experience in graphic design or digital media editing
- Experience creating and editing content for social media
- Ability to bring order and attention to detail to complex stages of each project
- Prior experience with communicating with local and geographically dispersed stakeholders to deliver clear instructions and messaging
- Proactive, scrappy and ability to work independently and confidently
