As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of our social media presence across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. Your primary focus will be to enhance our brand's online visibility, engage with our audience, and drive growth through strategic content creation, community management, and advertising initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage Social Media Platforms: Utilize Metricool to effectively manage and monitor our social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand representation and engagement across all channels.
- Administer Direct Messages: Responsibly handle and respond to direct messages on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, fostering meaningful interactions and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Enhance Social Media Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase social media engagement, including but not limited to, creating compelling content, initiating discussions, and fostering user-generated content.
- Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule content across various social media platforms, optimizing posting times and frequency to maximize reach and engagement.
- Trend Identification: Stay informed about current trends, topics, and conversations on social media platforms, leveraging insights to inform content creation and engagement strategies.
- Manage Paid Ads: Oversee the execution and optimization of monthly paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube/Google Ads, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and budget constraints.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) in social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns and community engagement.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Metricool.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, along with emerging trends and best practices.
- Experience in creating and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on various platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content and interact effectively with online communities.
