**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients, aligning with their brand identity and marketing goals
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and community management
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategies to maximize reach and engagement
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, design, and account management, to ensure cohesive and impactful social media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new features to continuously innovate and enhance social media strategies
- Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for social media-related inquiries and updates
**Requirements**:
- 5-8 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies across various platforms
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients
