Social Media Marketing Admin

The Social Media Admin will be responsible for daily marketing activities on Dago Wisata Internasional digital media.
**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to audience queries in a timely and accurate way via chat or comments
- Optimizing customer engagement and experience through comment and chat on various digital media
- Monitor complaints on digital media and reach out to provide assistance
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify customer needs and recommend products
- Gather audience feedback and share it with the marketing department
- Set daily posting schedules

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree from any major
- Has 1-year experience in the same role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have an interest in digital marketing
- Up to date with new trends on social media
- Able to write clear, engaging, and consistent messaging with the company's target audience in mind
- Based in Bandung
