Social Media Marketing And Influencers Management

Department : Brand & Digital Marketing

Location : Surabaya Area (Full WFO, preferably from Surabaya or near Surabaya area)

You'll be doing and learning about
- Creating brand campaign proposal while assisting the execution of brand marketing campaign
- Research and communicate to potential Key Opinion Leader and Communities for brand partnership
- Schedule and Post Tiktok/Youtube Shorts content
- Monitoring a running campaign on social media platforms and make sure the communication is right
- Curate raw contents and turn them to micro creative content for social media platforms
- Assisting in strategizing and planning on campaign
- Assisting creative or media team to create creative content (from concept to executing)
- Supporting any related media administration stuffs
- Assisting ad-hoc project

Qualifications (_We're not about box-ticking, but if this profile speaks to you all the better_)
- Strong interest in digital startup and fashion/sports industry
- Basic understanding on how social media platforms (IG, Youtube & Shorts, Tiktok, Twitter) work
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Creative and have strategic thinking ability
- A natural **storyteller** and a **copywriter**:

- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships
- Ability to manage several concurrent projects, excellent time management (organized) and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and networking skills
- A creative problem solver with the ability to think laterally
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity, and comfort managing ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
