Social Media Officer

Suggest recommendations to adjust social media marketing strategies for optimal results.
- Collect samples of work, products and internal and external activities (client events) in the form of photos & videos for social media content and asset needs.
- Create a timeline for content creation and social media posts.
- Create copywriting for content and websites.
- Help create content briefs for the design team.
- Post content according to timeline and approval.
- Ensure that every post created gets good engagement.
- Responsible for always updating with current situations/trending topics.
- Create monthly reports on social media marketing efforts and the results of the strategies implemented.
- Coordinate with the admin team to distribute designs and wording to websites, WhatsApp Blass, and Instagram Mall.
- Responsible for updating stories, replying to comments, raising promos, and reposting stories posted by participants.
- Create and execute strategies for installing boosts and Ads for Ganara Art social media.
- Search and make agreements with KOLs.
- Male or Female, 24 - 30 years old
- Fluent in English (speaking and written)
- Have a minimum 2 years experience including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills amd must have a through understanding of social media management and strategy
- Experience using various analytics software
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Willing to work in shift and on weekends
- Willing to be placed in all Jakarta areas
