Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive conversions.- Create visually appealing and compelling content for Instagram and TikTok, including graphics, photos, videos, and animations.- Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.- Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics, and optimize strategies based on insights.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and provide recommendations to improve our online presence.- Engage with our community, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful relationships with our followers.- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.- Utilize performance marketing techniques on e-commerce platforms to drive sales and increase conversions.**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a comparable position within a company.- Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio showcasing your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to create visually appealing content.- Proficiency in videography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).- Experience in photo editing and the ability to create visually appealing content.- In-depth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok platforms, including their respective best practices and features.- Demonstrated ability to analyze social media data and extract actionable insights to optimize strategies.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.- Familiarity with performance marketing techniques on e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Do you have a design portfolio?
