Social Media Specialist And Content Creator

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive conversions.
- Create visually appealing and compelling content for Instagram and TikTok, including graphics, photos, videos, and animations.
- Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics, and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and provide recommendations to improve our online presence.
- Engage with our community, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful relationships with our followers.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Utilize performance marketing techniques on e-commerce platforms to drive sales and increase conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a comparable position within a company.
- Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio showcasing your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to create visually appealing content.
- Proficiency in videography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Experience in photo editing and the ability to create visually appealing content.
- In-depth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok platforms, including their respective best practices and features.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze social media data and extract actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with performance marketing techniques on e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
