Social Media Specialist Executive

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with proven work experiences as a Social Media Specialist
- Proven experiences in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing
- Proficiency with Social Media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytical tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Paid Advertising on Social Media platforms is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy Development**: Collaborate with Marketing Team to create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
- **Content Creation**:Produce engaging & high quality content for various social media platforms, including: text, images, videos, infographics, and blogspots
- **Community Engagement**:Monitor, respond, and engage with the Social Media Community, fostering positive interactions, and building relationship with followers, fans, and influencers
- **Content Scheduling & Management**:Use Social Media Management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule and publish content with optimal times for reach maximum reach and engagement
- **Paid Advertising Campaigns**:Plan, set up, and manage Paid Social Media Advertising Campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, Ads Creative Development, and Performance Tracking
- **Analytics & Reporting**:Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google/ Social Media Analytics Dashboard) to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of Social Media Efforts and data-driven improvements
- **Trend & Competitor Analysis**:Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to identify opportunity and adapt strategist
- **Content Calendar Management**:Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and alignment with Marketing Campaigns & Events
- **Content Collaboration**:Collaborate with Graphic Design, Copywriter, or other internal teams to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines
- **Social Media Advertising Compliance**:Ensure all Paid Social Media Activity adhere to relevant regulations and guidelines, including privacy and advertising standards.
