At least 3 years related work experience from an advertising agency or start-up
Strong writing, editing, and proof-reading skills
Ability to communicate ideas clearly; a strong analytical, data-driven mindset
Broad knowledge of social media landscape, platforms, and technologies
Have interest in digital platforms, particularly in social media, and a willingness to learn more about this digital space
Experience in developing creative ideas for campaigns and making art and copy decisions
Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
A can-do attitude with strong cross-functional team coordination in order to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to run marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills with a tenacity to see things through to completion in order to ensure agreed strategies are properly executed
Must be able to think out of the box and have a good understanding of user and audience's needs and expectations
A passion for the YouTube ecosystem, digital culture and current online social trends
Proficient understanding of social media analytic and experience with paid social preferred
Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a creative/innovative mind to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical abilities to read, interpret, and utilize data, and to come up with actionable points for optimization and/or experimentation
Robust and detail-oriented to handle multiple works
Develop social media campaign strategies, content plan and publishing content; from observing trends and references, brainstorming, planning to execution (including schedule and post)
Optimizing different social media channels to suits brand's audience - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok
Moderate all user-generated content in line with company's value
Devising strategy, community management, creative directing, customer service, copywriting, and analyzing data.
Create KOL strategy collaborate with stakeholders and third parties
Utilizing social media tools to analyze social media campaign, content, and KOL to gather insight and action plan
Oversee site metrics, interact with readers, and be responsible for creative design.
Keep up to date with trends on Youtube and other social media platform, as well as analyzing current trends.
Boost social media followers and create meaningful engagement across all brands' assets
Analyze effectiveness of company social media activities (KPI, ROI, Engangement, etc)
