**Job Deskripsi**

Build and execute Social Media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.

Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images or video that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.

Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.

Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages.

Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates).

Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

Working closely with Digital Marketing and Graphic Design to develop effective social media contents.

Proven working experience in Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketing, etc.

excellent consulting, writing, analysis, presentation and communication skills.

Tech savvy, adapt using tools for digital marketing needs, analysis and report.

Good Communication skills, attention to detail, able to speak and write in Bahasa and English very well.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Stay up to date with trends, know how to use catchy words to persuade viewers.
