**Social Media Specialist (Indonesia)**
As the Social Media Specialist (Indonesia), you will help build and execute the social media strategy, initiatives and projects for the world's largest technology company. Working with the Regional Program Manager, you will support all things social — from always-on content and social-led campaigns to influencer activations and digital event amplification — by leading the day-to-day operations as well as content development and community management for the Indonesia channels.
As a social media marketer, a project manager and a community manager working with multiple markets, you will wear many hats; thus, the ability to pivot quickly and effectively is critical to this role.
Role:
- Support social marketing activities for the Indonesian markets: always-on content, campaigns and influencer programs
- With the direction of the Program Manager, lead localised social media content development, including editorial calendar, copywriting, basic design (following predefined template) and publishing for the Indonesian markets
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to source assets, including images, videos, copy and design
- Be the filter for the Indonesian market, ensuring regional programs are optimized for the local market
- Build and manage strong relationships with influencers in Indonesia throughout various verticals to increase authentic advocacy and brand love
- Support the Program Manager in performance reporting, social media audits and competitive analyses
You:
- Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- 2+ years of experience in tech, marketing or related industry
- A passion for social media and content development
- Ability to communicate effectively - in written and verbal forms - in English and Bahasa Indonesian
- A strategic and creative thinker who is able to navigate around an always-on social landscape
- Solid project management experience
- Proficient understanding of social media analytics
- Experience with a social media publishing tool like Sprinklr
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to bring order and attention to detail to complex stages of each project
- Prior experience with communicating with local and geographically dispersed stakeholders to deliver clear instructions and messaging
- Passionate about working as part of a larger team to deliver on a common goal
