**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Specialist to join and support our marketing team. You will be responsible to provide ongoing social media content, participate in online conversations, manage online reputation, and monitor engagement.
As a Social Media Specialist in ASURE Bio, you will be crafting exciting and engaging content across various marketing channels for the arcade. Channels include social media platforms, websites, and any other marketing collaterals. Your expertise in content creation will be crucial in developing narratives that deeply resonate with the various projects.
**Requirements**:
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop strategic social media content for internal and external projects.
- Perform research on current trends and audience preferences and be able to identify content enhancement opportunities across various social media platforms.
- Generate an engaging content calendar suitable for the identified project, in line with identified marketing objectives.
- Capture, edit, create, publish and share exciting and impactful social media content (incl. photos, videos, and graphics).
- Strategise and plan for paid online advertising, including creating and executing targeted online ad campaigns.
- Crafting compelling narratives for the arcade.
- Communicate with followers, respond to comments and DMs in a timely manner.
**Preferred Experience**
- Ability to deliver creative content (incl. photo-taking, video editing, and basic graphic design)
- Excellent command of the English language, exceptional copywriting and communication skills, and a strong understanding of internet culture.
- Proficiency with all popular social media platforms and awareness of current trends.
Mode of Working: Remote/Hybrid
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
