Social Media Specialist

Job Descriptions:- Creating creative and content on Social Media- Develop a content plan based on current trends- Create captions for content and social media campaigns/activity.- Communicate with followers, response to comments and message, record complaints, questions and issues- Contributing ideas, planning communication Strategies, and following up activities for Marketing campaigns.- Using social media analytical tools and creating social media reports.- Post & schedule content on social media accounts.- Prepare weekly and monthly reportsJob Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or journalism- Proven experience in the same field (1 year)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Excellent writing / copywriting skills- Experienced in making new ideas and content details of social media platform- Proven experience in successfully delivering social media, campaigns & projects implementation- Understand social media insights that are provided from social media listening tools.**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- Social Media: 1 year (preferred)
