Social Media Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach new audiences.
- Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram and TikTok.
- Plan and create creative and engaging content.
- Proactively spot trends and improve users' engagement.
- Analyze social media performance and create reports.
- Communicate with followers, respond to comments and messages.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Experienced in handling TikTok/Instagram.
- Creative and proactive in keeping up with trends and knowledge in social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
- Have a keen eye on design and aesthetics.
- Willing to do fully WFO.
