We are looking for an enthusiastic social media specialist who can create social media campaigns, copy-writing, and build engagement with our target audience.Benefit:- Fully remote or accommodation in Bandung if needed- Health insurance- Meal Allowance- Internet and communication allowance**Key Responsibilities**:- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on the information.- Developing social media content plans consistent with the organization's brand identity.- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro monitors and evaluates the organization's social media presence and performance.- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.- Performing other duties when needed.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.- Experience in using various analytics software.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.- Experience as a social media specialist or similar position- Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills- Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability- Fluent in EnglishNote:
