Create engaging and visually appealing TikTok content showcasing products authentically.

Stay updated on TikTok trends, challenges, and viral content in the beauty and skincare niche.

Monitor beauty industry trends, makeup best practices, and platform updates to enhance our social media presence.

Analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media management (TikTok), preferably in beauty or makeup.

Strong understanding of beauty industry trends and consumer behavior.

Fluent in English, both oral and written.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Must follow WFO policy (Mega Kuningan).
