Social Media Strategist

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis to identify key trends, pain points, and opportunities in creative industry.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and create content that speaks to their needs and interests.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our content and stay ahead of the competition.
- Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media.
- Measure and report all the performance of social media activities and compare them with targets (KPIs as well as ROI).
- Evaluate and implement improvements to the company's and client's entire social media strategy.

Qualifications:

- Have min 1 year of working experience in social media execution.
- Campaign set-up, Optimization & Reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, meet deadlines and provide high quality work.
- Strong analytic, logical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail.
- Strong time and project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns at a time.
- Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization).
- Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile player with some exposure in ops and commercial

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Digital Strategy: 1 year (preferred)
