Qualification:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree (in any field).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or relevant field.
- Possess excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with relevant parties.
- Outgoing, extrovert personality with excellent negotiation skills.
- Able to generate ideas.
- Well presented with grooming standards.
- Must include a portfolio.
- Willing to work mobile (Head Office in Kebon Nanas-Tangerang).

**Job Description**:

- Reaching out to and building a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various product categories on social media.
- Involved in generating ideas for Marketing Campaigns.
- Analyzing and monitoring the performance of KOLs.
- Developing a Content Plan on social media that aligns with and maintains the brand identity.
- Creating content that provides value and consistency across all social media platforms (TikTok & Instagram).
- Proficient in using analytical tools such as Facebook Insights.
- Understanding and providing social media marketing strategies.
- Keeping updated with the latest trends in social media.
- Providing guidance to the design team on the visual content planned.
