Soft Skill Training & Development Manager (Fmcg)

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Soft Skill Training & Development Manager to join our Corporate Learning and Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive curriculum for soft skills training programs and delivering training sessions to employees across various departments within our FMCG company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design engaging and effective curriculum for soft skills training programs, tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of our organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and prioritize areas for soft skills development.
- Research and stay abreast of industry trends, emerging best practices, and innovative approaches to soft skills training, and incorporate relevant insights into training initiatives.
- Create and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels of the organization, focusing on areas such as communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, and emotional intelligence.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements based on results.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to ensure alignment of soft skills training programs with organizational goals, objectives, and culture.
- Coordinate logistics for training activities, including scheduling, venue selection, and participant enrollment, to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives.
- Monitor and track training attendance, completion rates, and other relevant metrics, and provide regular reports to management on training activities and outcomes.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in creating curriculum and delivering training programs focused on soft skills development, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in Training and Development are a plus.
