Create and provide soft-skills training curriculum and modules (exp. Leadership, Communication Skills, Strategic and Critical Thinking) Maintain e-learning system and evaluate all training program
- Bachelors Degree from Management, Psychology/Training
- Experience 2 years as soft-skill trainer
- Fluent in English is a must
- Conduct classes in an atmosphere that promotes caring and respect
- Understand the needs of and sensitivity to culturally diverse populations
- Placement: Bintaro - Tangerang Selatan
