Software Engineer - Android - Home & Discovery

**Description**:
**What You Will Do**
- Design improvements to our existing product (in the Android) platform by utilizing core Computer Science thought processes and focusing on our customer's needs.
- Complete documentation and procedures for testing and maintenance
- Write well formatted modular code
- Compile and integrate changes with the project
- Implement unit tests and functional tests for their tasks
- Convert given high level software design to low level software design
- Use suitable data structures
- Perform, debug and fix bugs, competency in 1 programming language

**What You Will Need**
- BS degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 1-4 years of active software development
- Excellent coding skills in Java or Kotlin
- Practical experience in full-SDLC cycle, with large-scale live roll-out participation as a developer
- Good cross-group collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for building customer value
- Experienced in designing and building multi-module Android project with clean architecture
- Experienced in debugging complex issues
- Experienced building clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Able to do benchmarking, profiling, and monitoring app's performance
