This company (our client) focuses their marketing, communications, and creativity efforts in aid of social change throughout the International Development sector and are expanding their APAC office.
**What the role involves**:
- Helping founders who partner with us get from 0 to 1: by providing founders with a repeatable and agile MVP playbook and go-to-market alongside them;
- Iterating rapidly on MVPs: Working through sprints to write clean code from frontend to backend, smart contracts, and infrastructure to form launch-able products for founders to get real-world feedback ASAP;
- Delivering across the entire product life cycle;
- Working with cross-functional teams to layout and develop new features and functionalities in the product;
- Performing continuous process improvement activities to ensure performance, maintainability, and user experience are upheld;
- Testing software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency;
- Troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading software;
- Writing technical documentation; and
- Any Software Engineer-related tasks as assigned
- Relevant experience: Have 2+ years as a Software Engineer in an environment with multiple ongoing projects
- Located **anywhere in APAC (remote)**:
- Interest in Web3: Have demonstrable experience or interest in Web3
- Technologies: Comfort with picking up new technological tools across frontend, backend, platform and blockchains
- Communication: Have strong communication skills to align between both internal and external stakeholders
- Team player: Have desire to take ownership of projects and work with a team that is highly driven to push them through
**Tech Stack**:
- Legacy code: Inheriting legacy codes: FS: NodeJS, TypeScript, ReactJS, NextJS, NestJS, AWS (infrastructure)
- Familiarity with Agile, Sprint
