**As part of our operations team, you will**:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and system analysts to understand software requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Write efficient, reliable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and code comments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, database administrators, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues.
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and progress tracking to meet project deadlines.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in programming languages such as Javascript, C#.NET or others.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Knowledge of database management systems and basic SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
