Software Maintenance Staff is responsible for dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for information from the start to the end of the process. Software Maintenance Staff also provides solutions to customer problems with the assistance of development and/or implementation teams.?

**Job Requirement**
- Education: Bachelor Degree, Diploma, Master Degree
- Minimum GPA: 3.2
- Major: Computer Science, D3 Teknik Informatika, Information System, Computer Science and Information Systems, Teknik Infomatika, sistem Komputer, Manajemen Informatika, Informatic Engineering
- Skill: Programming, Analytical, Communication, Public Speaking
- Work Experience: Computer System Provider minimum 1 year(s)
