Experience At least 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant, Software Specialist, Accountant, Taxation or in an administrative role
Experience in a business development environment is a plus
Excellent in English, both Speaking and Writing
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Manage and maintain the director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
File and retrieve documents and reference materials
Coordinate and plan meetings, conferences, and events
Take, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
Conduct research and provide preparation material for meetings and presentations
Assist in creating reports and proposals for business development purposes
Liaise with internal staff at all levels and foster positive relationships with business partners and clients
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests promptly and professionally
Assist in personal errands and tasks as needed by the director
