**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring NOV's Health, Safety & Environment policies and procedures are implemented and frequently reviewed.
- Coordinate and liaise with the FE Engineering group, in country Management for installations (Engineers, and Operations support personnel).
- Implement and maintain proper quality control system for maintenance of the solid control and waste management equipment.
- Tracking of operational spares and shaker screens on-site to ensure sufficient quantities are carried. Liaise with Country Operations if a top up is required.
- Ensure proper organization, update and storage of all documentation relating to the project, not limited to On-site test results, maintenance records, timesheets, inventory counts.
- Liaise closely with Country Operations to ensure that ongoing operational issues are met in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Manage on-site relationship with the client
- Ensure timesheets of the Solid Control and Waste Management engineers are properly documented and signed to ensure no delay in compensation.
- Provide proper documentation and support for monthly service invoicing.
- Conduct surveys, rig inspections, solids control equipment evaluation. Suggest spares sales, upgrades.
- Provide training to customers regularly to ensure they are running our equipment correctly. Building relationships with rig operations to ensure good communication is maintained. Ensure that every rig visit is supported with quality reports which contain immediate recommendation, future improvement, and conclusions.
**Qualifications - External**
- Degree preferred; diploma acceptable. In Engineering.
**Other Requirements**:
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) Excel Proficiently is a must.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both Verbal and Written.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia in both written and verbal is essential.
