Solution Analyst

Job Description:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, including management, users, and development teams, to design and describe clear and comprehensive system specifications.
- Communicate effectively with the development team to ensure proper understanding of business needs and project goals, and assist in designing technical solutions that meet those needs.
- Assist in planning and managing the software development cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, and release, as well as monitoring project progress and efficiently addressing changing requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from Business Management/Information Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 1 year of overall work experience and knowledge of systems development analysis and research.
- Have competency in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Technical Specification Document, Functional Specification Document, E-Commerce Technology, User Experience, Sales and Marketing, Requirement Gathering.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
- Willing to work in the office (location: Jakarta)
