**YOUR ROLE**
Science and Lab Solutions (SLS) is a business that provides a more seamless experience to customers as they continue to benefit from our scientific expertise and access to one of the broadest portfolios in the industry. The SLS business division Life Science in Indonesia is seeking an aggressive talent with high aspiration and drive, and a growth mindset to be appointed as a **Solution Scientist for the IVD and Biotech segment **.
In this role, you will be required:
- Develop and execute sales plan and strategy to achieve defined growth and sales targets in IVD and Biotech segment.
- Develop new customer and expand sales pipelines in the IVD and Biotech segment.
- Build and submit sales forecasts on a timely basis.
- Work closely and directly with customers (end-users) to proactively pursue and follow up on sales opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customer solutions and improve customer experience. Prioritizing and managing the IVD and Biotech segment through planned coverage and interaction with key accounts, thought leaders, and end users.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a life science-related field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, and pharmacy ).
- Have professional experience min 1-2 year as Online Sales and/or Marketing in chemical or life science industry
- Able to work with Microsoft Office software in a business environment.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Have a good market knowledge of life science and chemicals business.
- Sales competency includes selling skills, relationship building, prioritization, call planning, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Good communication skill and Capability of establishing relationships at all appropriate account levels to close the sales process.
- Have experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as SFDC is preferred
- Ability to work as a team and in a matrix organization.
