**Job Description**:
Position Summary

This leadership position has a combined responsibility for Solutions and Services Business in assigned geography including Sales, Business Development and Services Delivery. The Leader will manage the country initiatives and resources aligned to region to drive business results. Responsibilities include overall management of each of the Solutions and Services businesses and resources in the region to achieve annual revenue, operating earnings, resource utilization, productivity, customer satisfaction index targets and other business objectives of each business. The Leader is also responsible for driving out key initiatives to realize the benefits of jointly managing the Solutions and Services businesses. The Leader will also work closely with the sales leadership and team, distributors and partners, customers and other cross company personnel to assure the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

DO

1. Drive Solutions and Services as separate P&Ls while realizing the benefits of joining the management of the two BU organizational structures

2. Develop & implement annual business strategies (BSR) and execution plans with alignment to global and AP strategy.

3. Work with Sales in assigned region to develop and execute Solutions and Services Annual Operating Plans for the region, including performance and growth (orders, shipments, growth initiatives, expenses, CAPEX), services resource allocation, market focus plan and strategy.

5. Ensure goal alignment and collaboration between BU and Sales, Industry, OEM, Market Access, Contracts and Marketing teams

6. Responsible for strategic organization planning, management and development of team including hiring, retention, performance review, coaching & development

7. Continuously provide market intelligence on PAM, market share, product positioning, commercial positioning and competitor information

8. Identify opportunities for partnering with third parties who support the business strategy and provide added growth in revenue and profit.

9. Provide continuous coaching to team, develop technical, business and leadership competency; develop future Services leaders and retain top talent.

10. Work as a member of the SEA Solutions & Services leadership team and participate in cross regional projects / best practices sharing as necessary.

11. Responsible for delivering great customer experience

OVERSEE

1. Oversee the implementation of Country business strategy / plan including resource allocation and effectiveness.

2. Collaborate with SEA functional leads to manage local commercial, delivery and operational functions to ensure overall efficiency / excellence

3. Oversee the service delivery of solutions / services in assigned geography to ensure quality delivery, customer satisfaction and operation efficiency.

5. Oversee the adherence and conformance of all TQCS / ISO / OHS and LEAN requirements / targets.

OTHERS

1. Ensure compliance to Ethics, Standards of Business Conduct, Safety, other RA policies and the relevant government regulations in the geography.

2. Any other duties as assigned by immediate Manager.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.

2. 10+ sales, business management or marketing experience preferably in automation industry with at least 5 years experience in managing a team.
