Sourcing Executive

**Job Descriptions**:

- Perform Sourcing Plan (Product, Price, timeline) in order to ensure the availability of the right products
- Perform Inventory Management to ensure availability of the right products
- Analyze new trending product/style in the market and gather information on market trend
- Manage all relations with third parties (factories/suppliers) including regular communication, planning, reporting, and negotiate pricing
- Produce regular reports to provide brand data

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Food Technology
- At least 2 years experienced in Product Development, preferably from FMCG or Food Process industry
- Advanced planning and analytical skills, including computer skills
- Confidence in suggesting calculated risks
- Strong customer awareness and understanding
- Passionate about product, strong market and brand awareness
- Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent communication skills
- Time keeping & ability to meet stringent deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English
