- **South East Asia E-Commerce Leader** to join their team.

**What you'll do**:
- Formulate and execute the eCommerce strategy for Southeast Asia (Indonesia and ASEAN).
- Outperform lighting market in eCommerce sales by working with Country and Commercial Leaders in SEA; work closely with country teams to deliver on targets.
- Develop a world-class eCommerce organization - demonstrate results with the current setup and scale organization along with the business.
- Be a 'doer-driver' - own (parts of) the eCommerce strategy implementation (e.g., regional marketplace relationships) while expanding the team in line with business growth.
- Leverage the company's global expertise by liaising with teams from Headquarters (e.g., IT, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain) to accelerate eCommerce growth.
**Your qualifications**:
- 7 years of experience in E-commerce (B2C and B2B) with a demonstrated history of setting up, scaling, and managing the eCommerce business of an organization; experience in SEA is strongly preferred.
- 3 years of experience managing marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and marketing technology tools (e.g., tools for content syndication, and product analytics).
- Entrepreneurial, driven, and self-motivated to balance strategy and implementation while comfortably working with a budget in a matrix organization.
- Strong commercial acumen including the ability to negotiate skillfully with marketplaces and eCommerce distribution partners to deliver on business targets.
