**BUSINESS AREA -** **Asia Area, Southeast Asia Launch Hub**

In Asia Area, we are excited to announce the formation of the new SEA launch hub to maximize our efforts and opportunities in Hematology and Rare Disease portfolios.
True to our belief in _Leaving No Science _and _No Patient Behind_, the Launch hub represents an innovative go-to-market strategy to maximize opportunities in these niche, underserved patient segments across the SEA region.
The hub will be responsible for launch strategy/excellence and in-market execution of commercial and medical activities across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam.
An effective partnership with the country marketing companies (MC) is essential to maximize the impact we can have for patients as the MC will be vested in the success of the product launch by providing country level support around regulatory, distribution as well as market access resources.
**What you'll do**
- Reporting to the Launch Hub Commercial Head, your marketplace insights and patient focus will shape and direct strategic marketing plans for the product lifecycle, ensure execution of the brand plan for long-term brand success and develop clear country value propositions for patients and healthcare professions._
- An originator, you will be responsible for brand success by employing cross-functional engagement strategies, exploring new and innovative approaches to brand communications and responding to constructive feedback internally and externally._

**Essential for the role**
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years' pharmaceutical sales experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing with good track record of effective implementation of plan and campaign
- In depth understanding of the Rare Disease patient experience from diagnosis throughout the rest of their journey
- Demonstrable strategic and tactical approach within Rare Disease
- Clear evidence of innovation leading to success
- Strong focus on effective decision making and results
- Able to work cross-functionally across different teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player, organized, results oriented and independent
- Broad understanding of the commercial, operational and strategic aspects of the pharmaceutical business
**Desirable for the role**
- Experience in Rare Disease
- Portfolio management experience
- High grades in Bachelor's degree in natural sciences
- Sales leadership experience
