**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa, including scheduling, staff management, and ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively
- ensuring high quality customer service is provided to clients, addressing any complaints or concerns promptly, and maintaining a welcoming and relaxing atmoshphere
- Hiring and training spa staff, including therapists, receptionist, and support personnel, to ensure they are knowledgeable, skilled, and able to deliver exceptional service
- Developing and managing the spa's budget, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-effective strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This may involve online and offline marketing, promotions, and special events
- Overseeing spa supplies, products, and equipment, and ensuring an adequate inventory is maintained for smooth operations
- Ensuring that the spa complies with all health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and providing a safe environment for both clients and staff
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable contracts for spa products and equipment
- Collaborating with therapist and staff to develop a diverse and appealing menu of services and treatments to meet the needs and preferences of clients
- Conducting performance evaluations for spa staff, providing feedback, and offering opportunities for professional development and growth
- Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facility, ensuring it is well-maintained and meets the highest standards
- Developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives, such as increasing revenue, expanding the client base, or introducing new services
- Keeping abreast of trends in the spa and wellness industry, including new treatments, products, and customer preferences
- Ensuring the spa operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws and health codes
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Spa Supervisor.
- Aesthetic qualification n treatments and training will be of great advantage.
- Cosmotelogy or other spa-related experience.
- Management experience.
- Hotel experience (if possible).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
- Good command in English.
**Salary**: Rp13,389,194 - Rp16,736,493 per month
