**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests to the spa in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide an overview of our spa services and products to guests.
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa calendar.
- Check-in guests and process payments accurately using a point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.
- Work with the spa team to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Spa Receptionist or similar hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
