Purpose/ Mission:- To be responsible for all accounting activities relating to receivables for Wholesale/Franchise & eCom- Accountabilities:- Primary- Manage Account Receivable and Collection- Monitoring Customer Credit Limit- Issue Manual Invoices and credit notes to the customers.- Manage Tax Invoices and review tax base reconciliation- Monitor ecom reconciliation- Manage ecom refund transaction- Wholesale/Franchise account reconciliations - follow up and clear outstanding items- Manage Customer Card and its trade term.- Perform other duties and responsibilities as maybe required from time to time.- Secondary- Support in Specials Sales (Samples, Online team store)- Visit / meetings to / with Wholesale Customers- Handle ad-hoc financial/accounting assignments.- Professional background/ Experience:- 1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Accountancy or equivalent 2. Min 5 yrs of accounting experience in retail, fashion, sports or FMCG industry 4. Ability to work well in a team 5. Ability to complete task on time while functioning in a stressful environment 6. Fluent in English (written and spoken)- IT 1. Outlook: Intermediate 2. Word: Advanced 3. Excel: Advanced 4.
