**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and clinical expertise.
- Provide therapy services to patients with various speech and language disorders, including articulation disorders, fluency disorders, voice disorders, aphasia, dysarthria, and dysphagia.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to address speech and language difficulties.
- Monitor patients' progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques, exercises, and strategies to support communication goals.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families and other healthcare professional.
- Abilitity to adapt communication methods to suit the needs of different age groups.
- Knowledge of assessment tools and evidence-based practices for treating speech and language disorders across the lifespan.
- Compentency in using technology and therapy materials appropriate for both pediatric and adult clients.

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
