JOB DESCRIPTION

• Melakukan perhitungan luasan, bahan baku, dan rangka (atap)
• Bekerjasama dengan vendor kontraktor untuk memastikan perhitungan budget
• Menyiapkan gambar teknik


JOB REQUIREMENT

• Berpengalaman sebagai estimator dan project controller pada project bangunan landed (pabrik, gedung, perumahan, dst)
• Mampu melakukan perhitungan penggunaan bahan baku, dan menyiapkan gambar teknik
• Terampil menggunakan program design terutama AutoCad
• Cermat, teliti, dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target
• Komunikatif dan memiliki team work yang baik
