**Responsibilities**:

- **Activity Planning**: Design and plan a diverse range of sports and recreational activities suitable for different age groups and skill levels.
- **Activity Execution**: Lead and facilitate scheduled sports activities, including but not limited to group exercises, team sports, water sports, and fitness classes.
- **Guest Engagement**: Interact with guests, building rapport, and encouraging their participation in activities while promoting a positive and energetic atmosphere.
- **Instruction**: Provide clear and concise instructions for each activity, ensuring the safety and proper execution of exercises and sports techniques.
- **Skill Improvement**: Offer guidance and tips to guests, helping them enhance their skills and achieve their fitness goals.
- **Safety and Supervision**: Ensure the safety of all participants during activities, adhering to established safety protocols and offering assistance as needed.
- **Equipment Management**: Organize and maintain sports equipment, ensuring they are in good condition and readily available for use.
- **Promotion**: Promote upcoming activities, events, and classes to attract guest participation and create a sense of anticipation.
- **Variety and Creativity**: Introduce innovative ideas to keep the activities engaging, fun, and aligned with current fitness trends.
- **Guest Feedback**: Gather feedback from participants, listen to their suggestions, and adapt activities based on their preferences.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the entertainment and guest relations teams to ensure a well-rounded guest experience.
