Maintain employee data to ensure all data valid and update.2. Provide support and guidance to deal with employee issues and performance.3. Coordinate and organize team building and engagement activities.4. Provide compensation and benefits, payroll, recruitment, BPJS, WLKP, performance management, training and development.5. Managing and analyzing overall HR Operations function including administration employee attendance, employee's documents, and general administration.
