- Key responsibilities- Collaborates with copy partner under the guidance of the CGH and creative director to execute creative concepts.-
- Demonstrates creative thinking to develop big ideas.-
- Presents big ideas to clients utilizing various presentation techniques.-

- Serves as the main point of contact for Account Management and Project Management within the team.- A bit about you- At least 5 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or a similar setting.-
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.-
- Proficient in handling projects end-to-end, with a strong focus on Above-the-Line (ATL), supplemented by Digital and Below-the-Line (BTL) capabilities.-
- Exposure to 360-degree campaign management, preferably within the Automotive/Consumer Goods sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of brand positioning and target markets.-
- Proven track record of collaborating with copywriters and creative directors to deliver creative outputs that meet brief requirements.-
- Strong presentation skills, with experience pitching big ideas to clients.-
- Exceptional design portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful creative executions.-
- Leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a design team.-
