**Job Description**:
- Identify business opportunity by performing assessment based on VisaNet data and any external data (Euro Monitor, etc) to analyze the acceptance penetration, distribution across segment & geography. This will include ad-hoc analysis as per of internal and external client request as per business dynamics.
- Supporting the business team to develop the business case & proposal and the execution, including contract management, verification and validation program result, reporting, monitoring and reviewing the program result against target. Including, Performance Dashboard, Reporting Requirement and Quarterly Business Review, both internally and externally.
- Working closely with Finance and Operation for budgeting, forecast and expense management (including payment processing, PR/PO)
- Supporting the team to ensure compliance with the policies & procedures. Including managing IAP end-to-end processes, both for internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing and deepening key acquirers relationship, including key merchants and 3rd party enablers (Payment Facilitators, Payment Gateway, etc) to support client's and Visa's growth. Developing Account Plan, identifying strategic opportunities and Visa's capabilities to address client challenges and goals in order to increase Visa penetration.
- Managing acceptance special project which could include pricing, interchange and solution deployment.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree preferably in business management or accounting or math. MBA is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesia payments landscape, emerging players, business models, and trends is preferred
- Knowledge of the payments industry with 7+ years plus experience in the payments industry (Issuing and Acquiring) is preferable
- Data literacy and ability to learn how to pull data from internal Visa systems to help tell a story
- Ability to manage and handle clients, include pitching and negotiate for the best outcome for both party
- Strong project management skills, including the implementation and monitoring
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, comfortable working independently and able to work collaboratively with a variety of team members including cross-geographies teams at all levels.
- Ability to work against tight timelines in a high intensity environment and also multi-tasking.
- Have strong analytical thinking, working with numbers, problem solving and persistence
- Strong excel and power point is required.
- High level of English language proficiency in formal business communication (verbal and written).
