**Qualification / Experiences**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Preferably with Master's degree or Doctoral degree in related field
- With relevant trainings in the respective field of expertise or position
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of professional experience
- Preferably with ten (10) relevant/related years of experience such as but not limited to QS/cost estimator for building infrastructure projects.

License/Certification:

- Licensed (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ho Chi Minh City: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
